AToAM | Successful Rescue Mission — 27 October 2025
A distress call was received at 7:00 PM reporting a paragliding pilot crash-landed in the high-altitude Manalsu Valley at around 4000m.
Despite difficult terrain and complete darkness, AToAM immediately mobilized a Night Advance Rescue Team, backed by fully coordinated support units.
Through continuous communication and planning, a Heli Rescue Team accompanied the helicopter crew at 10:30 AM the next morning, successfully evacuating the injured pilot to Manali for medical care.
This mission was supported by Paragliding Association Manali, ensuring quick and safe extraction.
AToAM continues to remain committed to adventure safety, rapid response, and professional rescue across the Himalayan region — with hundreds of successful operations conducted over the years.

Since 2019, Adventure Tour Operator Association Manali has been working tirelessly to protect the pristine valleys and mountains of Himachal. 🌲🏔️
For years, we prepared drafts, shared ideas, and tried to convince institutions about the urgent need for sustainable trekking and mountaineering. Though progress was slow, we never gave up.
🙏 Today, we feel blessed. The vision we dreamed of is finally becoming a reality — not through us alone, but through the supreme power and the spirit of this valley.
This is not just our draft from 2019–2020. It is a promise of commitment, love, and responsibility towards our mountains. 💚

2019 से, एडवेंचर टूर ऑपरेटर एसोसिएशन मनाली लगातार इस घाटी और पहाड़ों की पवित्रता को बचाने के लिए काम कर रही है। 🌲🏔️
इन वर्षों में हमने कई विचार रखे, मसौदे तैयार किए और संस्थानों को समझाने की कोशिश की कि टिकाऊ ट्रेकिंग और पर्वतारोहण कितना ज़रूरी है। रास्ता लंबा था, लेकिन हमने उम्मीद नहीं छोड़ी।
🙏 आज हम सचमुच धन्य महसूस कर रहे हैं। जो सपना हमने देखा था, वह अब हकीकत बन रहा है — केवल हमारे प्रयासों से नहीं, बल्कि इस घाटी की आत्मा और परम शक्ति की कृपा से।
