Kalari Australia has spread it's wings to the world 🌎 We've changed our name to Dheera Kalari as we continue to share Kalari in India, Iceland, Australia and beyond.

Dheera ധീര means 'Brave' in Malayalam, to live the Kalari life is to be a warrior "One who does not accept the challenge or the invitation of anger, fear or hatred. One who owns or claims ones own courage. Claiming our ability to be awake and gentle with ourselves - the warrior is friendly to themselves and merciful toward others."

Kalari has many roots. One of them being Ta**ra - Ta**ra meaning to "expand" and "liberate".

There is no ONE way in Kalari. Or maybe there is one way, the way of the individual - finding the confidence to go your own way.
