5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
Identify, report, and track defects and issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them
Participate in project planning and requirement analysis to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and service quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Hands on Experience In Automation tools and framework - Selenium with Java, TestNG , Maven , Cucumber, RestAssured and Git
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
ISTQB certification is a plus

Position Title- Customer Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
Planning and managing calls for self & regional engineer
Performing Installation / operational / performance qualification
Completing Preventive Maintenance and break down visits
Performing re-calibration / re-validations
Resolving under warranty complaints in stipulated time frame
Under warranty spares replacement and submission of faulty for further QC analysis
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customer to ensure resolution and proper follow up
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area
The ability to carry a toolbox
Qualifications & Requirements-Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics )
1.5-2 year experience
Experience diagnosing and repairing Electronic equipment
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their jobs
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
