Taking my taste buds on a whirlwind of flavours thanks to

Tried making myself khichdi while being home alone, working, taking care of the baby and having mental breakdowns. Turned out delicious (as per my standards) but used less salt.

Finally I can say I achieved something (cooking for myself after almost a year)
