The "Secret Reveal"
After three long years, five days a week, and approximately 78,000 reps of wondering "Why am I doing this?"... I'm ready to spill my secret.

Special Diet? I followed the "See-Food" diet. I saw food, and I ate it. Just, you know, not all of it at once. My main motivation was not overeating so I wouldn't have to buy new clothes.

The Secret? There is no secret. I just showed up, lifted heavy things, and grunted a lot. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you’re slightly bored and very consistent.
