Our Story
The Ngagyur Rigzod Editorial Committee publishes bi-annual Tibetan journal entitled 'Padmai Rangdang', an annual English magazine named 'Palyul Times', a souvenir of the International Nyingma Monlam Chenmo Foundation and other occasional publications under the supervision of the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, Namdroling Monastery.
