Responsibilities:-

• Negotiate, Draft, review and validate Contract Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, Work Orders and provide the insights. Coordinate with Company's internal team from initiation until the ex*****on of these contract documents.

• Plan and manage projects to ensure the performance and delivery of the services within timelines and with expected quality.

• Prioritize all short/long term projects or assignments to meet the requirements.

• Interface with external and internal stakeholders for the adequacy of coverage and support.

• Work closely with the Service Delivery team/Action Owners to ensure the compliance of contractual obligations related to IT/BPO contracts.

• Identify the risk associated with the non-compliance of contractual obligation.

• Address contractual queries from engagement stakeholders in case of any ambiguity.

• Process Improvement.

• Engage with Finance, Bid team, legal and all stakeholders to finalize the contract.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good Exposure in Contract Management

• Must be knowledgeable of the major elements of outsourcing contract(s). Understanding the complex outsourcing contractual structures.

• Knowledge in commercial and service level accepts complex IT/outsourcing contracts.

Team Manager (Grade C1)

* Accounting Experience (minimum experience preparing and posting journal entries, performing financial/fluctuation analysis, preparing financial statements and footnotes)
* Insurance Experience (Life, Retirement and Group Insurance a plus)
* Statutory accounting experience and knowledge of Regulatory requirements in the insurance industry (Statutory accounting vs. GAAP accounting) - A plus
* Preparing financial statements and footnotes (including Management Discussion and Analysis),
* Reviewing financial information (financial analysis, earnings sign off, financial statements and footnotes)
* Preparing consolidated overviews of financial statements and disclosures including but not limited to reserves, prior period errors that are considered material
* Working with auditors to provide information required throughout a statutory and regular audit
* Experience with internal controls and executing internal controls as part of the day to day processes.
* Experience documenting and saving evidence demonstrating that internal controls were properly followed
* Performing financial analysis including fluctuations in financial results.
