Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics that align with our digital marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and client goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to produce assets for web, social, email, ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling visuals for digital platforms: social media, websites, email campaigns, display ads, landing pages, etc.

Translate marketing strategies into engaging designs that drive results.

Create branding assets and visual identities for new and existing clients.

Develop motion graphics or short video content (if applicable).

Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and developers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual storytelling.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

Excellent understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices is a plus.

Motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a bonus.

Nice to Have

UI/UX design experience.

Experience with branding and logo creation.

Familiarity with marketing funnels and conversion-focused design.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
