We are glad to introduce our Management Training program for fresh B.Tech/B.E. engineers to be placed in our new plant Padget Electronics located in Noida, sector 60. The details of the Management Training program are mentioned below:
Eligibility – Freshers (below 25) passed out from regional engineering colleges
Duration – 6 months training
Stipend – 2.6L – 3.6L PA
Post 6 months training, a salary raise and a permanent position in the company will be offered to the candidate based on performance during the training process.
