IT/ ITES Jobs for Jobless Freshers

Few of my group people initiated one Model to help those people who are not employed yet, and already tried in Industry like IT/ ITES/ BPO/ KPO/ Marketing for Job. The mail reason of no success is the lack of Confidence, Communication Skills, Less Idea, etc. We help them to start career, so that they can groom, get confidence and grow with time. Many of people thinks that, It's not good to get Job by paying Fee to Consultancies. But in our model, we first understand their interest & get them interviewed, and if we find them fit then only we charge our fees and then assures 100% Job.

Kindly spread our Model to those who really wants to start their careers, to those who are fed up by many interviews but no success. We will help them in starting their careers.
