On 11th March, 2026: The session was taken by Rumi Kemprai and Mahadev Kashyap, who introduced the students to the concept of Child Rights and Fundamental Rights at Dakshin Guwahati High School. They explained that every child has basic rights such as the Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, and Right to Constitutional Remedies, which are guaranteed by the Constitution of India.
The speakers highlighted the importance of these rights in ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every child. They also explained that along with rights, students have certain responsibilities such as respecting others, following rules, and actively participating in their education.
