An awareness session on the POCSO Act – Good Touch & Bad Touch was conducted at Rukminigaon Balika Vidyalaya on 16/03/2026 by Rumi Kemprai. The session aimed to educate students about personal safety, helping them understand the difference between appropriate and inappropriate touch. It encouraged students to speak up, stay aware, and seek help when needed, creating a safe and supportive environment for open discussion.

An awareness session on the RTE Act & Essential Hygiene Practices (including Menstrual Hygiene) was conducted at Dakshin Guwahati High School on 13/03/2026 by Rumi Kemprai and Mahadev Kashyap. The session focused on educating students about their right to education while promoting the importance of personal hygiene and menstrual health. Students actively participated in the discussion, making the session interactive and impactful.

The session focused on educating students about their right to education while highlighting the importance of personal hygiene and menstrual health, encouraging open discussion and promoting healthy practices among students.
The session also emphasized breaking myths and building confidence among students to adopt safe and hygienic practices in their daily lives.

On 11th March, 2026: The session was taken by Rumi Kemprai and Mahadev Kashyap, who introduced the students to the concept of Child Rights and Fundamental Rights at Dakshin Guwahati High School. They explained that every child has basic rights such as the Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, and Right to Constitutional Remedies, which are guaranteed by the Constitution of India.
The speakers highlighted the importance of these rights in ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every child. They also explained that along with rights, students have certain responsibilities such as respecting others, following rules, and actively participating in their education.
