📌 Lonar Lake or Lonar Crater is a National Geo Heritage Monument in Buldhana District of Maharashtra.
This beautiful lake was created about 50,000 years ago, as a result of a meteorite impact on earth's surface.
The unique part about Lonar Lake is that it has both, Alkaline and Saline water - giving birth to in a wide range of flora and fauna in its ecosystem.
