Our budding had the opportunity to attend an insightful on “The Art of Kebab & Tikka” conducted by Chef Juhi Kaur Makhija, Head Chef, Ibis Pune Hinjewadi and Chef Rajendra Rajurawat, Tandoor Chef, Ibis Pune Hinjewadi.

The session gave budding culinary professionals valuable hands-on exposure to marination techniques, flavour balancing, grilling methods, and the precision required to craft perfect kebabs and tikkas. Through live demonstrations and expert guidance, students gained practical industry knowledge and a deeper understanding of professional kitchen standards.

Such masterclasses play an important role in shaping confident ready for the hospitality industry.
