Job Description

✓ Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

Handling day-to-day accounting

Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments with customers Handling all banking related works

Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or emails Keeping track of payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc

Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility

Preparing profit and loss statements Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed

assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

✓ Handling potty cash

✓ Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent Minimum (3-4) years of experience as an accountant

Proficient in managing accounting software like Tally,

Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes

✓ Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high

✓ Good team player
