We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with expertise in process equipment and sheet metal design.
The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and layouts for fabricating industrial process equipment, including tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ducting, and other sheet metal components. and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed technical drawings for process equipment and sheet metal components using CAD software.
• Create 2D for fabrication and assembly processes.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, codes. ASME, ISO, DIN etc.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Prepare material take-offs, bill of materials (BOM), and shop drawings.
• Incorporate allowances for tolerances, welding, forming, and assembly in designs.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education: ITI Draughtsman, Diploma.
• Experience 3+ years of experience in process equipment and sheet metal drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques, such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Familiarity with codes and standards relevant to process equipment ASME, ISO, DIN etc.
• Strong understanding of materials commonly used in sheet metal and process equipment (e.g., stainless steel, Carbon steel).

Location: Khalumbre Chakan.

Salary: 20k to 45k
