*Stressed πŸ₯΄to Blessed*πŸ˜‡...Tips for Mental Resilience

😟Worried about the future? Forget Things often? πŸ€” Problem in sound sleep? 😴Not able to memorize things, people, names? Unable to focus on one thing at one time?πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« Getting angry Often?😑

Then these tips are for you..🀝 your brain needs relaxation. πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

1. Work intensively for *25 minutes*, then take a 5-minute break.

2. Incorporate *mindfulness* practices.
close the eyes and focus on your breathing for at least 5 mins in 2 sets in a day.

3. *Reduce screen time*, especially before bedtime. Avoid constant stimulation.

4. Drink min *2.5 litres of water* throughout the day. Dehydration can affect cognition.

5. Ensure you get *7-9 hours of sleep*. A rested brain functions better.

6. Diversify your work/ activities to *avoid cognitive fatigue from repetitive tasks*.

7. Spending time in nature or even looking at *green spaces* can rejuvenate the mind.

8. Focus on one task at a time. It's more efficient and less taxing on the brain. *Avoid multitasking* all the time.

9. Consume *brain-boost foods* like nuts and seeds to munch in between your meals.

10. Keep 1 hour in your day time *socialization* talking to people (mostly in person)

11. Keep 1 hour in your day time for *self care*, Journaling, meditation or just sitting quietly.
