This outbound was specially tailored taking into consideration what they enjoys, how far can they push their physical limits, their demographic and their challenges
so a
- team cycling,
- master chef challenge and
- drumming addressed it all!
The result was one happy and integrated team.

Session 1 - There are few companies that are focused and clear with their intentions for their workforce. This organization is working with us on engaging with their shop floor employees to create a sense of belonging and making them feel that they are a valuable part of organizational journey. 1st of the series of sessions planned for them.

HR Muscle designed a day of team building for TCS to experience collaboration and important aspects of the same:

1. The morning experience was designed to build a complete refinery model as a team as it required sharing knowledge, helping each other with work involved and making sure that the project is delivered covering work scope in a stipulated time. The experiential session was facilitated to connect this experience to their work.
2. Second half was designed for enjoying outdoors with team and doing things that required intense team spirit. Activities that were seemingly easy but hard to complete without proper team work.

Our work involves designing such experiences to meet the client objective yet never lose track of fun and creating a safe (emotional, social, intellectual and physical) environment for every single participant. One more day of one client one experience delivered, the HR Muscle way!
