The patient was evaluated by cardiologists and was advised to undergo Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery (Open Heart Surgery) due to severe narrowing of the mitral valve.

However, the patient was not willing for surgical intervention and was actively searching for a non-surgical treatment option to avoid open heart surgery.
