Overview:

to be a part of our growing team for the ex*****on of Busbar Trunking System / Power Distribution
Systems projects across industrial and commercial sites. The selected candidates will play a critical role in
ensuring the successful planning, installation, supervision, quality assurance, and completion of projects
within defined timelines and standards.
The roles demand a strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly in the installation and handling
of busbar trunking systems, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, site-based
environment. Candidates will be expected to actively contribute to on-site operations, coordinate with cross
functional teams, and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead: - Manage site ex*****on and installation activities - Supervise engineers and technicians - Ensure project completion on time - Coordinate with clients and management

Quality : - Perform quality inspections - Ensure compliance with standards - Maintain reports and documentation

Junior Engineer (Installation): - Execute complete installation of busbar systems - Guide technicians during installation - Ensure proper fitting and alignment

Technician (ITI): - Assist engineers in installation work - Handle tools and materials - Support daily site activities

Salary Structure:
range based on role (₹18,000 – ₹23,000)
The compensation offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance during the
selection process. The salary ranges for each position are as follows:
 Team Lead: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
 Quality Engineer: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month
 Safety Officer: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month
 Junior Engineer (Installation): ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
 Technician (ITI – Electrician/Wireman): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
