"I always enjoyed practising yoga and have been attending classes for many years doing power yoga , acro yoga, hot dhara yoga, sun vinyasa. However, attending hatha yoga classes conducted by Sonam has been such an enthralling experience. I really love the pace and flow of it wherein I have done 108 surya namaskar and even meditation besides doing challenging asanas. I joined around the time when I was recovering from an arm injury and it has helped me increase my core strength . I truly feel rejuvenated after the hatha yoga classes. Not to miss the calm personality and enchanting smile of my yoga guru, attending the classes is pure fitness joy."

“It all started with one of my friends forwarding me a message for a free 2 week Yoga class during march 2020. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. Looking back it was one of the best decisions i have made in recent past. I have been practicing Hatha yoga with and bunch of others from March 2020 to till date almost every other day. The experience has been very liberating and wonderful. The sequence of Hatha yoga starting from pranayama - suryanamaskar - various asanas - ending session with peaceful slokas has been very beneficial for both my physical and mental health. Sonam is a great teacher and she really loves what she does and that reflects in her teaching as well. The overall atmosphere in the class is very positive and pleasant. Finally, I am very happy that i chose to take the class and hope to continue for as long as i can. “
