Today, the Lean Project was inaugurated in Palakkad District at Kevees Pharmaceuticals, Mezhathur, under the auspices of the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). This initiative aims to promote Lean Manufacturing techniques among Indian MSMEs, enhancing their operational efficiency and competitiveness. The event was marked by the release of a Lean brochure, detailing the methodologies and benefits of adopting Lean principles.

Dr. Vijith KV, Managing Partner of Kevees Pharmaceuticals inaugurated the function, while Dr. Latha Nair, CEO of the Industrial Operations Research Group, provided guidance and blessings for the occasion. Their combined efforts underscored a strong commitment to driving productivity and quality improvements throughout the sector. This project equips Kevees Pharmaceuticals with essential tools to reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and significantly enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
