The project aims to foster a startup ecosystem in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The structure and MEP services have been designed as per IGBC Gold Rating standards.

PillarPlus is designing external MEP systems of railway tracks & landscape for the Bijwasan Railway Station, Delhi 😍

The project is in association with the Indian Railways. Our MEP designers are using proprietary AI software to bring efficiency to the design process.

Working on a very iconic and historical project - David Sassoon Library, Mumbai. 📚

The building, completed in 1870, is built using yellow Malad stone, was designed by architects J. Campbell and G. E. Gosling. The library is located on Rampart Row, looking across the Kala Ghoda.

Here, we are designing the MEP systems like lighting and plumbing for the building while making sure that it doesn’t affect the old heritage.
