Sigma THERM®-F is a thermally stable food grade heat transfer fluid. It is recommended up to 320 ˚C bulk oil temperature into closed loop heat transfer system.

Formulation of sigma THERM®-F is based on all ingredients complies with US FDA, chapter 21 CFR, 178.3570.

Sigma THERM®-F is registered with NSF for HT1 grade (Reg. No. 145290) (HT – Heat Transfer, 1 – Incidental Food Contact) – Highest Safety

Sigma THERM®-S is a synthetic organic heat transfer fluid based on Alkylated aromatic.

Application:
ØIndirect closed heat transfer systems from - 80 °C to 160 °C in liquid phase without pressurization of system and with proper pressurization up to 300°C

ØThis single fluid is used for challenging requirement of Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals and other industries where two different circuits with different fluids are there for cooling and heating purpose.

ØIt replaces traditional dual steam & glycol or steam & brine systems.
