ضمن مشروع المسح المعماري والتوثيق لبيت باش أعيان، قام فريق بن عيلان الهندسي بترجمة بيانات واقع الحال والمسح الليزري إلى مخططات معمارية دقيقة تُظهر تفاصيل المبنى التراثي.

شملت هذه المرحلة إعداد الرسومات التوثيقية للعناصر المعمارية والإنشائية، بما يعكس الحالة الراهنة للمبنى ويوفّر مرجعاً هندسياً معتمداً لأعمال الحفظ والترميم المستقبلية.

إن توثيق المباني التراثية يعتمد على الدقة في تسجيل التفاصيل وتحليلها، لضمان الحفاظ على هويتها المعمارية وقيمتها التاريخية.

As part of the Architectural Survey and Documentation of Bash Ayan House,
BIN ELAN Engineering translated existing condition data and laser scanning surveys into precise architectural drawings that illustrate the detailed features of the heritage building.

This stage included preparing documentation drawings of architectural, structural, and decorative elements, accurately reflecting the building’s current condition and providing a reliable technical reference for future conservation and restoration efforts.
