We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in tendering, project management, and documentation within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation: Review and analyze tender documents, preparing comprehensive bid proposals, and ensuring timely submission.

- BOQ Segregation: Efficiently break down the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate cost estimation and resource allocation.

- Enquiry Floating: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors by distributing enquiries to obtain competitive quotations.

- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely information exchange, negotiate terms, and foster strong working relationships.

- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of vendor quotations against project requirements to ensure consistency and compliance.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, assess competition, and provide insightful analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 2-5 years of proven experience in tendering and project management within the construction domain.

- Strong documentation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Proficiency in vendor coordination, market research, and BOQ segregation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.

- ⁠Proficiency in the English language is essential.
