JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing of the entire sales floor and operations
• Overseeing and managing the ex*****on of all receiving activities
• Develops a high-performance team by hiring, coaching, and managing performance of associates
• Implements and maintains the Presentations Standards of the Organization
• Prepares, sets up, and signs new merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensures ex*****on and merchandising moves per the Monthly Sales Planner
• Develops and executes Local Marketing plans to drive sales at the local level
• Opens, closes, and secures the store
• Staffs and schedules all associates

EXPERIENCE
Required: 2 - 3 years: Retail Management Experience.

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelors or better.

LANGUAGES
English and Arabic is a must.
