Despite right after the ex*****on it is still noticeable, once healed the awful tattoo covered will be no longer viewable, old and new black will blend together. What’s bother me the most it is not people getting such tattoos, but the unprofessionally and stupid placement and poorly ex*****on of the scratcher self called “tattoo artist”, that did this s**t on the customer…
Remember tattoos is not only technique and style, but also ethics!
