Ignore the stove and don't miss the chance to enjoy some of our favourite summer dishes. For lunch, we love the classic prosciutto e Melone or Insalata Caprese, minimum effort but gives maximum enjoyment. 🍈🍅 But if you have bread in the house, I would make some Tuscan Panzanella, made with bread, tomato, onions, basil and some EVO and vinegar.

Or you could treat yourself with a mighty spaghetti all Vongole after 8 pm when it has cooled down. 🍝

Whatever you eat, always have a refreshing aperitivo at hand! 🍹😉

Personally i'm not a breakfast person and mostly don't eat before 10:30 but I always have coffee doesn't matter how early it is.

I must say Italian breakfast is perfect for me, it's quick and it gives you that instant energy punch to start the day!🚀

Content creation is the most underestimated job, in my opinion. 😅 Luckily, Culasarsa is always open, 24/7!

I struggle with dividing my time between my main job and culasarsa. Orders get priority over content production. Culasarsa is a one-woman's business, But it's no excuse!
I started culasarsa to spread good and honest food and teach people what real quality produce is. If I want to spread this message, I need to produce 🥵 -note to myself-

That's why I am in Firenze this weekend. To refuel, to meet up with some of our producers and hopefully to find some new ones.

I'm figuring out how to battle this content monster 🤣 but first, I need some pasta! 🍝
