Tbh this is way more than deserved for Cecilia after how hard she worked last year to achieve this 💪🏻😎

Here's a little 1.5 years transformation 😎
98/100kg on the left - 112/114kg on the right.
I've never posted this one as I like to think there's always more work to do but here I am. A bit of motivation for everyone to push a little bit harder this summer 💪🏻!
First pictures were a few weeks after finishing my 14 week cut with Justin Harris.
The second pictures we're from a training session shoot with Aaron 1 week into my first .
I've coached myself for all this period, Oscar helped me with the Training side of things for more than half of this journey 🤗.
3️⃣ factors that had the biggest impact in my transformation:
- Maximising programming and exercise selection.
- Prioritise ex*****on & control.
- Getting really really strong.
This year I've gone up to 124kg as my heaviest, and the goal before next year is to push up to 130/132kg before the next cut and potentially show 😎

0-22 weeks - Strength Camp
This is my client Nick from the 6pm Strength Camp.
Nick is 33 years old, we've been training together for 2 & a half camps and I can attest that his work ethic is incredible!
Nick had never done resistance training prior to joining FLF but thanks to the tailored nutritional plan and his consistency in all the different aspects of the process he became very strong and built an amazing physique.
Nick trained 3 times a week on Camp and 1 Strongman session at the weekends. We kept his protein intake high and implemented cardio a few times a week towards the end of the process.
What you don't know is that Nick actually got lean before the end of these 20 weeks but we decided to increase his intake & build him up for the final pictures.
Nick is currently enjoying his new physique on a beach somewhere in Turkey.

0 - 12 weeks
This is my client Adrian’s 12 week transformation who may I add is 56 years old.
In the initial consultation Adrian discussed his goals. He wanted to become strong, get in the best shape of his life & improve his hip injury all the while maintaining his aerobic fitness.
After 12 weeks of solid work I can confirm that we've achieved every goal on the list.
Adrian has ran a half marathon and is the strongest and leanest he’s ever been in his life.
The process was simple and effective. We trained together 3 times a week, nutrition was carefully tailored and monitored in order to maximise his results and the running was done on the days in between the sessions.
Now that Adrian is in the best shape of his life the goal will be to build his calories up slowly so we can push performance even more and he can become even better at the things he loves to do!
