During these winter months, I have felt a distinct energetic tone. Talking with some friends, I discovered that this feeling is shared. I’d like to share this perception with you - who else feels the same?

We are called to be in deep contact with ourselves, a time of detachment from the external, from distortions, and of cleansing. What no longer aligns with us is left behind, while the new has yet to manifest.
A long winter.
These transitional phases are not always easy, but they are a blessing. The way is to be authentically connected to our inner truth, without compromise, and to have a clear sense of where to direct our energy - what truly matters and what direction we genuinely want to embrace.
