Today marks 1 year since VIGILHUNTER debut album has been officially released by .

Thanks to everybody who supported us in any way, it makes us extremely happy to see that so many people enjoyed the record and a lot of mentions as one of the best HM record of 2025.
We've received so many request to play live after the record came out that, even though Vigilhunter was supposed to be a studio only project, we (gladly) decided to play few selected shows every now and then for some special occasions. Some of you already caught us at our debut (and only so far) live show at in Thessaloníki (Greece), but we already have other few shows confirmed such as the Open Air 2026 (GER) on 15-16 May and the 2026 in Martinsicuro (ITA) on 19th September.

In the meantime, I can tell you that we're already working on the sophomore record and it's taking shape even faster than expected!

The Italian heavy/power metallers VIGILHUNTER will bring to the IN THE BEST TRADITION festival a US-inspired Heavy Metal show playing their explosive debut album.

VIGILHUNTER from Italy are one of the most promising newcomers in the Italian heavy metal underground. Founded by vocalist and guitarist Alexx Panza, the band embodies the spirit of classic US heavy metal, combining high-pitched vocals, powerful guitar harmonies, and epic melodies. With their self-titled debut album released through High Roller Records, VIGILHUNTER quickly gained the attention of the international underground heavy/power metal scene, delivering a sound inspired by '80s traditions. This past weekend we had two great rehearsal sessions with the complete Vigilhunter’s live lineup to prepare the band’s very first live show that will take place on Saturday 4th of October at in Thessaloniki (Greece).

As some of you knows, play rythm/lead guitars in studio, but in order for him to just focus on the vocals and be a frontman in live situtations, our long time brother from Spain (and Alexx colleague in since many years) will take over Alexx’s parts!
