F.T.S

Just so you all know

Well, this is it folks, the moment that none of us wanted things to come to. As with anything in life, nothing good (or bad, depending on your opinion of us) lasts forever. After roughly 3 years of ripping up NJ, PA, and NY, we have all reached the painful decision of announcing that F.T.S. is no more, at least in a live performance/future release form. What's out, will remain available for all to enjoy for free.

You may be asking yourselves, "Why, F.T.S., why?", and quite simply put: LIFE. The big bad evil that haunts us all. In the last year alone, we have faced deaths, breakups, losses of jobs, etc. A lot of us have had our personal priorities misplaced due to this band and the responsibility that comes with all things running and maintaining a band. It's hard to balance things in life, jobs, mental health, whatever, when what used to be a hobby, has turned into what is essentially a source of stress, and a difficult expectation to continue living up to with everything else going on behind the scenes.

We are all still on amicable terms, there is no bad blood, simply just not enough time to interact as people or even bandmates these days. Jobs have made this whole ordeal a challenge for the entirety of our existence as a band. Sometimes our schedules would align super well, but other times, they couldn't be more conflicting. We were lucky if we got a practice session in a month, while still playing a show or two a month. That's no good for anybody involved, leaves too much room for noticeable error. S**t gets sloppy, and not in the cool "punk rock" way.

Anyway, we love you guys, all of you guys, every one of you that have follow us, watched us live in person or virtually, and s**t, especially the haters (you guys gave us the most publicity and got our name out there, so thank you 😉). Feel free to share your favorite moments that you've had at our shows in the comments, we'd all love to hear about them.

Peace, farewell, best of luck, keep hardcore alive. Go start your own band. Don't talk about it, be about it. Be as real as you can.
