As Innovation Director at Al Ahliyya Amman University (AAU), his work focuses on empowering individuals and teams to grow, collaborate, and lead with purpose through leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

He is also the founder of Sindyan, a social community centered around connection, learning, authenticity, and personal growth through shared human experiences.
