The 5Rhythms Map – Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness® – are patterns of movement & states of being. It is a movement meditation dance practice and a dynamic way to both workout and meditate in the same breath. It is for everybody who longs to move and be moved!

5Rhythms with Lina Nahhas... special event: "Precious Anman friends. On this last day of this year and dark times, I send you light and prayers of hope that humanity and love and freedom prevail 🤍🤍

I am looking forward to being in Amman again and to offer another opportunity for us to meet, on January 12th, on the dancefloor, connect and weave some much needed magic and prayers for our world together . Our work, in my books and my experience with it, is also a sacred act of much needed spiritual collective activism 🤍🤍

On this half day journey, we will use our time together to officially and ritualistically bid 2023 farewell with gratitude for all it offered us in blessings; with release for all that it imparted in its challenging moments; and with gratitude for the present moment's grace.... an act of both cleansing, processing, as well as making space for more resilience, presence, prayers of grace and mercy to come ✨✨

We will also dream into 2024, as we sow seeds of intention for our deepest desires in all aspects of our living, our community and the world…. ✨✨

Leaning into the spirit of Cacao and dance, we will turn our dreams into a moving vision board, and then we will spend time building a vision board with creative spontaneous art with a choice of various art materials"✨✨
