Good Morning!!

Don’t you wish all your eggs were filled with chocolate!!
Try this easy recipe for a change this Easter Holiday:

Ingredients:
• 450g Milk Chocolate
• ½ cup Peanut Butter
• 1 package Chow Mein Noodles
• Chocolate covered eggs
Slowly melt the chocolate over a double-boiler. Add the peanut butter and combine until smooth. Remove to the side. Gently add the noodles until completely coated.
Place plastic wrap over a mini-muffin pan or spoon directly on to parchment paper. I just used my hands!
Place the chocolate eggs on top and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
To make the grass for plating, simply add a couple of drops of food coloring to shredded coconut.
