A great stretch for the chest, back, and arms. Can be done weighted, unweighted, or with a dowel. Focus on deep, controlled breathing.

✅ تمرين لفتح الصدر والظهر والذراعين على صندوق.

تمرين تمدد للصدر والظهر والذراعين بوضعية الركوع. ممكن تعمله بوزن أو بدون، المهم تركّز على النفس العميق لتوسع الحركة وتريح عضلاتك.

يمكن تنفيذه بوزن أو بدون، أو باستخدام عصا.
تقوية العمود الفقري والكتفين وتحسين الوضعية.

✅ تمرين للمعصم والعمود الفقري.

تحرّك ببطء بين الانحناء والتمدد لتوسيع نطاق الحركة وزيادة التحكم بالمعصم والعمود الفقري.
