TEN REASONS WHY NOT TO SHARE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH EVERYBODY
1.Not everyone has good intentions – Some people may use your struggles against you or gossip about them.
2.Your privacy matters – Oversharing can leave you feeling exposed and vulnerable.
3.People may misjudge you – They might misunderstand your situation and form unfair opinions.
3.Not everyone can help – Some simply lack the wisdom, experience, or willingness to offer meaningful advice.
4.You lose control of your story – Once shared widely, you can’t control how it’s told or spread.
5.It can weaken your confidence – Constantly talking about your problems might make you dwell on them instead of solving them.
6.Energy drain – Explaining your struggles repeatedly to different people can exhaust you emotionally.
7.False sympathy vs. genuine care – Some people will just show shallow pity without offering real support.
8.Wrong advice – Too many opinions can confuse you and push you in the wrong direction.
9.Strength in discretion – Keeping your struggles private (and sharing only with trusted people) often shows maturity, self-control, and wisdom.
10.The key is discernment: Share with people you trust, who can either help or genuinely support you, not just anyone.

THE MOUNTAIN STORY
A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!”

To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Curious, he yells: “Who are you?”

He receives the answer: “Who are you?”

And then he screams to the mountain: “I admire you!”

The voice answers: “I admire you!”

Angered at the response, he screams: “Coward!”

He receives the answer: “Coward!”

He looks to his father and asks: “What’s going on?”

The father smiles and says: “My son, pay attention.”

Again the man screams: “You are a champion!”

The voice answers: “You are a champion!”

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

Then the father explains: “People call this ECHO,

but really this is LIFE.”

It gives you back everything you say or do.

Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

If you want more love in the world,

create more love in your heart.

If you want more competence in your team,

improve your competence.

This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life;

Life will give you back everything you have given to it.”

“Your life is not a coincidence. It’s a reflection of you!”
