Let’s talk boundaries for a second:

This is one of the main things that can be easily overstepped in the beginning of your journey as a VA. Whether it’s changing up your schedule to make the client happy, or doing tasks that you know deep down you really don’t want to do, we might tend to do this for the sake of the client 🙇🏾‍♀️

And there’s nothing wrong with wanting to make our clients happy!

I encourage you to be aware, and even make note of your boundaries for yourself in your business - compromise is OK, but don’t forget to say NO when you need to…

Because the more we allow our boundaries to be overstepped, the more it may start feeling like another “job” you stop looking forward to, and can even cause burnout faster.

At the end of the day, a happy VA = quality work = a happier client! ✨
