Dear Fellow Travellers, thank you for your interest in BorderPass. Between June and October 2018 nearly 2,000 travelers from 25 countries have registered on www.borderpass.com for our Free Trial at KLIA2. We hope that our service has helped you save a bit of time during your travels.
On 22 October 2018 we were informed that the Malaysian Government is conducting a review of all immigration systems, including ours. During this review we will be unable to run our autogate at KLIA2.
We regret the very late notice. We spent most of 23 Oct 2018 trying to negotiate a deadline delay or extension. Although we were not successful, we will keep trying and will let you know as soon as possible if there are any developments. In the meantime, we intend to make improvements on the user experience (especially when exiting Malaysia) and hopefully come back stronger.
