* 아산상회 ASAN SANGHOE is an entrepreneurship empowerment 4-month program for North Korean resettlers, South Koreans and foreigners living in Korea. the program is run by 아산나눔재단 The Asan Nanum Foundation, the biggest NGO in Korea. The program is based on 'team-preneurship' philosophy, where the very diverse teams will work on projects that in 2020 will have a chance to be further accelerated and invested in. The program is brought by organizations that are specialized in empowering through entrepreneurship (MTA Korea weave) and North Korean resettler community and institutions (Woorion 우리온, 남북하나재단).

Ants Cabraal is a creative producer, writer and business owner who has helped many Enspiral initiatives start and grow since 2012. He has been actively supporting entrepreneurship for positive social and environmental impact for the past 8 years. Through designing and delivering accelerators, incubators and civic innovation programmes he has coached dozens of teams and new companies to build business models in line with social and environmental outcomes.
　
He serves as a director, consultant and advisor to several startups, and loves to build entrepreneurial communities and initiatives – including driving the creation of the Better Work Together book.

Ants Cabraal 는 2012년 부터 Enspiral 이니셔티브를 시작하고 성장시킨 크리에이티브 프로듀서이자 창업가이다. 그는 다양한 액셀레이터 및 시민 혁신 프로그램을 설계하고 디자인하며 다양한 스타트업의 사회적, 환경적 성과에 부합하는 사업 모델을 구축했다. 그는 현재 스타트업들의 이사, 컨설턴트, 자문으로 일하며, Enspiral 의 책 의 출간을 포함하여 기업가적 공동체 및 이니셔티브를 구축하고 있다.

We spent 3 unforgettable days running as part of #아산상회 program. North Koreans, South Koreans and foreigners (from more than 10 different countries!) got together to work on amazing innovative solutions that will target the current and future markets of Greater Korea.
It was an honer to be able to facilitate such an amazing event.

A big thank you to our mentors and judges, who took the time to be there for the teams.

🤔What is Asansanghoe program??

It’s a 4 month team-preneurship training, where 30 North Korean resettlers, South Koreans and expats will form teams, learn in-and-outs of the startup world, travel abroad to see experts in action, receive individual mentorship from the best (both in Korea and abroad) and much much more. The program is fully funded by 아산나눔재단 The Asan Nanum Foundation(including an overseas market research trip and office space in Yeoksam!). The program is structured based on MTA Korea
