🦶🏻This resolves quickly, not much longer than a week.
Here are some tips to help getting rid of water:
🦶🏿 Increase the fluids you are drinking
🦶🏾 Rest with your legs elevated
🦶🏽 Do simple legs exercises.

🧬 “Oxytocin” is a hormone released to increase contractions during labor, and to stimulate the ejection of milk in the ducts of the breasts.

😎 It works best when you are relaxed, so it is really important to make you feel comfortable and secure. High levels of oxytocin also give a sense of wellbeing.

🤱🏻 Stress, pain and anxiety can inhibit the release of oxytocin and decrease the process of milk ejection.

Watch out for any sign of preeclampsia!
If your doctor suspects that you may have preeclampsia, a close monitoring is essential.

🩺 The blood pressure starts to elevate after 20 weeks gestation ( >140/90 mmHg)

🧪 High level of protein in urine sample.
You may need to be induced for delivery as soon as possible, and some cases may require an urgent C-section.
