Associate Accountant

Job Mission:
To oversee the daily accounting staff activities, follow up, verify, enter transactions and prepare reports in order to ensure the integrity of accounting information.
To handle accounting transactions and deliver accurate financial data in order to facilitate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
o Accounting Operations
o Relationship management (Client, Supplier, third parties, and related parties)
o Reporting
o Archiving

Qualifications:
• BS in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Understanding of the bookkeeping procedures
• Familiar with the Lebanese taxation
• Familiar with accounting software – ERP is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus

o 3+ years of actual work experience in the field

o Fully acquainted with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as MS Office
o Knowledge in design processes and production techniques

Job Mission:
To provide verbal or textual contents that complement and/or extend the visual element(s) of advertisements in order to grab the attention of the clients’ target audiences and influence their behavior/action with respect to the commercials’ offering.

o Specification of Copy material requirements
o Content Development
o Presentation of Copy for approval
o Development of Final Copy material

Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Advertising, Public Relations, or any literary/media studies
o 2-4 years of experience in the field
o Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
o Good portfolio of work is a plus
o Familiarity with PC and MAC computing environments
o Knowledge of advertising techniques and aspects of print production
o Proficiency in MS office and Adobe Flash suite
o Ability to write concise &grammatically correct copy
