Boiled eggs provide proteins of high biological value 🥚 (fully absorbed by the body), baked potato with its skin provide complex carbs and fibers 🥔, & a colorful salad on the side with little olive oil provides many vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals!🥗

Ingredients:
Salad: - Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes🍅
- Cucumbers
- Fresh mushrooms
- Avocados 🥑
Salad dressing: freshly squeezed lemon🍋 + 2 teaspoons olive oil + 1/4 teaspoon salt
Hendbeh: Steam fresh hendbeh leaves with onions, topped with caramelized onions (you can do so without adding oil to fry the onions) add 1/2 teaspoon salt and a squeeze of lemon juice🍋
Potatoes: Cut the potatoes🥔 into round shapes add your favorite spices including pepper, heat on high temperature along with onions and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
