After a long time I had a good club sandwich which was spicy and filling

Drinks were mediocre
Staff can pay a little more attention to details, as we had asked for the lime without ice, yet they gave it with ice for a person suffering from a cold and sore throat. 🧐

Visited the golden dragon at taj samudra and the had a wonderful experience

Kasun didn’t a marvelous job of taking the order, and he read our minds several times politely. Very attentive he was, but not in a nosy way.

So he started off with Jasmin tea and some jaggery coated cashews while we waited for our order to get to the table.

He made sure the tea kept coming. The Jasmin tea was fragrant and perfect!

Simply served and the dimsum was perfect with its translucent and almost perl like hiding the juicy shrimp inside. Served with dips ( green chili / soy)

📝Asparagus is not everyone’s cup of tea

This clear soup was delightful with plenty of shrimp and asparagus was plentiful giving it a unique earthy taste.

4🌟Kung pao 3850/-

The chicken and cashew caramelized in the Perfet think dark sauce, garlic complimented the sweetness of the sauce well

4🌟Egg fried rice 3300/-
Fragrant rice with plenty of scrambled egg and chives.

4🌟Lychee with vanilla ice cream 1870/-
Perfect pairing for a light dessert!

3.5🌟Date pancake 2310/-
Took me by surprise, instead of tiny pancakes I found date stuffed samosas! 😂served warm with a crunchy exterior, the date inside was very sweet. Complimented well
With vanilla ice cream, but I’ll not try it again as it’s too sweet for me!

I was not aware that had an AC upstairs with lovely ambience
