'Msheireb' translates to English as 'place to drink water' in Arabic. It is now a place for everyone in Doha to relax after a busy week of work. The irony of it all as I was not able to do street photography for over 2 months until yesterday.
Most of Msheireb still enjoys centuries old buildings with spices, street food and even pets while the other half houses the most exclusive and luxurious brands and hotels.

I enjoyed capturing the silly stances of these intelligent creatures but most often than not, I was stunned by their motherly care.

(The toque macaque is a reddish-brown-coloured Old World monkey endemic to Sri Lanka, where it is known as the Rilewa or Rilawa hence Rillow in English.)
