📢 Big News for Prospective International Students in Canada
Starting September 1, 2025, international students applying for a Canadian study permit will need to show higher financial support than before.

As announced by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the cost-of-living requirement separate from tuition and travel costs will rise by over CAD $2,000 for a single applicant.

💰 Updated Financial Requirements (Effective September 1, 2025)
International students applying for a study permit on or after September 1, 2025, must show proof of funds to cover living expenses in addition to tuition and travel costs.
