Aka : gathering near the well.
In the rural areas well is a place where people(mostly women) came together to fetch water. This took place mostly in the evenings and it was the happiest time of the day for them.
They shared information, stories, news and gossip.

In modern times the phrase "linda langa sangamaya" is used when cliques have their own conversations.
