We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated assistant typist to join our team and help maintain our standard of excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in typing and formatting documents according to client specifications.
2. Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Manage multiple typing projects and meet deadlines.
4. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
5. Maintain organized records of completed work.
6. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed.
2. Excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
6. Experience with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
7. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a typing or administrative role.
