Most of times we feel bad or we feel they may get offended when we say no , for the tiniest thing but the truth is you owe no one an explanation for your boundaries. Saying no is also a form if self-respect.
And they dont understand this , it clearly shows they have no value for you !
No is a complete sentence. It’s your right to use it."
Saying no doesn’t make you selfish. It means you value yourself. Your peace is priceless. Saying no is how you protect it. So next time you feel like its no , just go for it and pat your self !

You "need" to be a good wife / mom / lady !
