🏐 Play for Nature Volleyball Tournament 2025 – Kalpitiya | Highlights!
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the “Play for Nature” Volleyball Tournament held at the Mudalaippali Volleyball Court, Kalpitiya, on 31st August 2025 (day & night).

🏆 Congratulations to Kandakuliya for clinching the championship!
​​🥈 Mudalaippali School finished as runners-up, and
​🥉 Mudalaippali adult team secured 3rd place.

Kudos to all teams—especially the 12 teams and 140+ players aged 18–50 from across the Kalpitiya Peninsula who participated.
This event was organized by the Bio Conservation Society (BCSL) with funding from “Play for Nature” and APRC Mécénat – France, in collaboration with New Akbar Seven Seas Sports Club of Mudalaippali and community leaders in Kalpitiya. More than just a competition, it was a vibrant gathering of government officials, fisheries society leaders, and community members—all united for a cause.
